Free U.S. Shipping
SoleCycle offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Shipping costs are already included in the product price, so there are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, orders typically arrive within approximately 5–11 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery.

Tracking Information
Once tracking information is available, we will send it to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take a short period of time to update after your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost in transit, don't hesitate to get in touch with us with your order number so we can help investigate.

International Shipping
At this time, SoleCycle ships within the United States only.
